Administrative
Policies:
A) Refunds: Refunds will be offered up
to seven calendar days prior to a scheduled meeting. A person
from the same firm may be substituted for the original attendee.
B) Program Cancellation: If a meeting
is cancelled due to weather, illness, or any other factor, the
meeting will be rescheduled and all registered attendees will
be notified of the new date and time. All registered attendees
will also be given an option to receive a refund.
C) Record Retention: Boston Chapter officers
will retain all appropriate records for a minimum period of
five years. These records will include:
1. Program outline and/or materials
2. Records of participation
3. Date and location of presentation
4. Number of credits earned by participants
5. Results of program evaluations
6. Speakers/Presenters credentials
D) Complaint Resolution: All complaints
regarding sessions will be handled by the current Chapter Treasurer
whose contact information appears on each meeting notice.
E) Monitoring of Presentation Content:
The Boston Chapter will make every attempt
to ensure that sponsored programs and materials are prepared,
presented, and updated in a timely manner. Presenters/speakers
will be asked to submit their program material
prior to all sessions for review.
